But there are so many different “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and packing on muscle?
Bodybuilders do need to do aerobic exercise, and running is an excellent choice if not overdone. I usually will run for a few months and then switch to a different form of aerobics, but find what works best for you.

I used to work at a fitness club. The owner told me only about 30 to 40 percent of the members actually attended the gym, with aerobics like everything else it is the work you put in.
