* There's so many positive things to say about this product it's hard to know where to begin. It absolutely works. What's great about this program is that it addresses ALL your fitness needs.

  1. With so many weight lifting programs accessible it was extremely difficult to choose the right a single for me. Once I found 1 that got me results I stuck with it and I merely modify it occasionally.

  2. I Love doing my hiit routine in the morning . It gives me energy throughout the day. If my workouts were highly intense, I feel great all day long. Supplements are not really necessary with the proper bodybuilding exercise , really good nutrition program and the proper rest.

  3. People should know by now that ab exercises don’t burn fat. Performing hundreds of crunches doesn’t help either. Abs are normal muscles and should be triggered with resistance training, the same way you train your legs etc. Few sets with proper weight load. I can recommend reading bodybuilding articles

  5. Great Site: I actually found it informative. Has anybody here tried Tony Horton’s 10 minute trainer workout system, I have a friend who is using it obtaining excellent results but I am still skeptical? Looking for some feedback

  6. Great write-up with lots of useful details. My exercise program is made up mainly of high intense interval training. I find that I am most productive I exercise inside the morning.

  7. Controversy. All of these weight loss programs that people are pitching on these late night informercials. The question that I have is why is it on late night. That makes me wave a red flag. If you want to a good midsection then the information here will more that suffice.
